Nick Trastelis D.C

Primary Chiropractor

Nick Trastelis, DC, owner and chiropractor at the Injury Centers of Brevard, has been practicing for nearly 15 years with accident and injury patients. Dr. Nick graduated from Life University in 2006 with his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He is a husband and father of four who takes pride in his work and who’s goal is to see his patients get relief from the many treatments offered at his clinics.

“After enduring a horrible car accident when I was 19, I knew my calling was to help people with the injuries resulting from these horrible events. I want to make sure that my patients, at fault or not, receive the best treatment possible by correlating all of my treatments with other health care professionals- orthopedics, neurologists, medical doctors, etc.”

Jorge Fernandez-Silva, M.D

Medical Doctor

Dr. Fernandez-Silva is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with subspecialty certification in pain medicine. Native to Miami, he spent 20 years in private practice in South Florida before coming to Central Florida. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Fernandez-Silva is passionate about providing interventional pain management to all his patients in need.

Dr. Fernandez-Silva attended Florida International University where he attained his undergraduate degree and his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. After his internship in general surgery, he completed training in anesthesia and pain medicine at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Department of Anesthesia.

Tracy Zapanta, A.R.N.P

Nurse Practitioner

Tracy Zapanta is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from University of Central Florida in 2011, and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2017.

She is devoted to serving the individualized needs of those requiring evaluation and nonsurgical treatment of injuries sustained in automobile crashes.

Ismael Torres-Rosario, D.C

Dr. Ismael Torres, DC, graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City in 2006 where he received a Clinic Service Award for exceptional service to his patients, fellow students, and the college. After practicing chiropractic in Nebraska and Illinois for 9 years, his love for the ocean and boating brought him to Florida in 2015. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Ismael has earned an award for his dedication and cooperation to the Hispanic community. With over 16 years’ experience treating injured patients, he is confident in his ability to help all his patients. He is a husband, father of three and grandfather of two who believes his patients are like family and deserve to be treated as such.

Pascale Nelson, D.C

Lead Chiropractor Melbourne location

Dr. Pascale Nelson, graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2008 with her Doctorate in Chiropractic and holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Western Ontario. She completed her National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Part I-IV and Physiotherapy in 2008, is also a Certified Chiropractic Insurance consultant in 2020 who is bilingual, fluent in French. She has over 14 years of experience treating injured patients. She thrives on improving the health of her community, families, and individuals of all ages. Her skills and expertise include the following techniques; Drop table, SOT technique, ArthroStim and Activator.

As a wife to a wonderful husband and mother of two, when not in the office she enjoys spending lots of time with her family.

Aspen Coggins, D.C

Lead Chiropractor Titusville location

Dr. Aspen Coggins, DC has been practicing in Florida since 2020. Dr. Aspen moved from Georgia in 2017 to pursue her chiropractic career. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida with her Doctorate of Chiropractic and holds a Bachelors degree in exercise science with a concentration in human and sports performance. She has experience working with not only accident and injury patients but athletes, pediatric, and wellness patients. She is a dog mom who enjoys Disney, coaching, and spending time with her family.

“My ambition is to not only to help my patients get out of pain but to live a healthier, better functioning life. I emphasize patient education along with co-treatment with other health professionals including medical doctors, orthopedists, etc.”
